About Compound Interest
Compound interest is interest calculated on the initial principal and accumulated interest from previous periods. It's often called "interest on interest" and makes money grow faster than simple interest.
Formula: A = P(1 + r/n)^(nt)
Where: A = future value, P = principal, r = annual rate, n = compounds per year, t = time in years
